Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. In addition, you can forward emails from one email mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just specify the email account you want to redirect email messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest.
